ForAccounts Payable creates 'To-be-paids' directly from your purchase orders eliminating the need for double data entry. Accounts Receivable

The ForAccounts Receivable serves as a centralized A/R system for your whole organization. By allowing you to categorize receivables with a 'Customer Type' and 'Service Type' codes (that you define), you can run aging reports for each 'type' of business or service that your organization provides. Of course, the ForAccounts Receivable distributes (posts) to the ForGeneral Ledger and includes a Cash Receipts module.
